Short Let \ Self Catering

The short let services we offer at "No 95" are made up of 3 types of Rentals:

1) By "ROOMS", We currently have a total of 7 lavishly decorated ensuite bedrooms, 3 are located in a bungalow while 4 are located in a semi-detached house. All 7 rooms may be rented on a per-room basis.

The 4 bedroom house is large enough for our guests to retain the feeling of exclusivity...there are 2 well decorated lounges, a large dining room, computer room with PC, Internet, colour printer/copier/scanner & laminating machine available ONLY to our customers for free on a 24hour basis. Although we have a house chef we welcome guests that wish to cook on a SELF CATERING basis, for this facility we have a well equipped kitchen with a large American style fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, gas & electric cooker/oven, juice maker, cutleries etc.

The 3 bedroom Bungalow can be described as "sumptuous", boasting a large open plan lounge/dining room, with a guest toliet, The rooms are all ensuite, & the kitchen has the same amenities as listed in the house above but with a normal 6ft fridge freezer.

2) The "WHOLE" 4 bedroom house may be rented where guests are in a group & wish to occupy the whole house as a unit. For this a volume discount may be arranged, depending on length of occupancy.

3) The "WHOLE" 3 bedroom bungalow may be rented where guests are in a group & wish to occupy the whole bungalow as a unit. For this a volume discount may be arranged, depending on length of occupancy.

Our in-house GYM is operated on a self service basis, it is equipped with:

No. 95 is FULLY serviced, however self catering or partial service can be arranged. Our rates include the services of our in-house cook, cleaner & supervisor.

This very secure and beautifully furnished house & bungalow boasts a friendly atmosphere where customers are always met with a smile and excellent customer service. All 7 rooms at No. 95 are comfortable and spacious, our master suite measures 9 by 7.5 metres, it is so large we threw in a large 3 seater sofa & a 42 inch lcd tv. The bathroom is equipped with a shower / steam room combo (for 2 people). Our general amenities include 2 living rooms with an exclusive living room for guests only (upstairs). For your working needs we have even provided a computer room with a desktop with internet ,colour printer and photocopy machine. Customers with WIFI enabled laptops can use their laptops anywhere in the house via our free WIFI service. No 95 comes with a dedicated house chef who will provide ALL your meals if you so desire, but please be aware that only breakfast is inclusive for one person per room, a second person will pay but at reasonable rate. our drinks are sold at reasonable rates as our aim is to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

No 95 is situated via the first & second gates located at Lekki phase 1 (approx 200 meters from Dowen College), minutes away from the palms shopping centre (inc shoprite) & social hotspots of Lagos Island, we even have a list of our own "No 95 guide" and will assist with a standby taxi or car hire service. Our aim is to give and maintain EXCELLENT customer service for our guests.
