As part of its commitment towards boosting housing stocks in the country, a real estate firm, Adkan Engineering Services has completed 37 units of fully-furnished duplexes in its Monarch Garden Estate situated at Life camp area, Abuja.

Adkan, which also developed Sun City and Model City says the houses are now on the stable for would be investors/buyers, who desire to enjoy the fulfillment the estate provides.

The construction of the Monarch estate, which started about 13 months ago, has been completed. Each of the building consist of four bedrooms, with separates bathrooms and toilet, fully integrated kitchen wit fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave oven, cookers, split unit air conditioners for all the rooms and borehole and treatment plant with ground/overhead storage tanks

Group General Manager of the company, Mr. Tunde Olaleke, an engineer, while speaking on the project reaffirmed the commitment of the company to the provision of the quality and affordable beautifully built homes for both low and high income earners in Nigeria.

Olaleke, stated that each of the four bedrooms duplex with one bedroom servant’s quarters sits on an average land between 418 square meters and 512 square meters  ‘’We have also constructed asphalt roads with walk-ways, underground drainage system and underground cabling system. We have also provided the estate relaxation center comprising games and gym facilities’, pharmacy and convenient store.

The financier of the project, Messrs Infinity Homes and Loans Limited is also offering units in the estate for sale.

According to the Managing Director of the Infinity Homes and Loans Limited, Mr. Banjo Obaleye, his company had provided mortgage facilities for the intending buyers and commenced promotional sales, which gives up to 45per cent price reduction on each of the houses in the estate.
