Set to explore Abuja’s real estate market, Beresford Homes Limited has revealed plans to launch its premier project in Abuja - Beresford Mews.
The project, which will be undertaken in partnership with Fine and Country, is targeted at creating more demand for veritable services, according to General Manager, Beresford Homes Limited, Mr. Emeka, Ohaegbuchi. It comprises five town homes nestled in Euphrates Street Maitama, Abuja, is 95 per cent complete, and is due for handover by December.
He said: “The winners in today’s market are developers who are able to articulate specifically what the market is looking for, and creating that value through their development’.
“At the upper percentile of the residential property market, a lot is changing. There is an evident flight to quality occasioned by the increased sophistication of would be investors and purchasers. It is no longer the developer’s market, as there are an increasing number of properties staying much longer on the market. Buyers are becoming more discerning, and their expectations are rising at an appreciable level.” Ohaegbuchi said.
He is, however, optimistic that Beresford Homes, working with Fine & Country will continue to create value and exceed expectation, ‘in a market that is most likely to evolve upwards, in quality and demand, for a long time to come’.
