An indigenous developer, Messrs Owolabi Adejonwo Properties and Investment Company Limited, has introduced promotional offer by way of discount on house purchases and special payment options to prospective home owners.
The firm claims that it is offering affordable homes to National Housing Fund (NHF) contributors at prices stipulated by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) to buyers of its Gioni Housing Estate, located along the Lekki-Epe express way.
The project comprises 12 unit of en-suite two and three bedrooms fully detached bungalows with interiors, bathrooms, fitted kitchen, with wardrobes and paint over POP screed.
The company has developed 16 units of en-suite four and five bedrooms fully detached duplexes with interior decorations, bathrooms, fitted kitchen, wardrobes and paint over POP screed and 72 units of en-suite three bedroom luxury apartment, with prices ranging from ₦10 million.
Presently, the developer has over 70 developed buildings on 10 hectares already with 80 per cent developed infrastructure.
According to an official of the firm, Mr. Owolabi Adejonwo, any individual or corporate organisations that that buys during this promotion period will get between 10 per cent to 15 per cent discount of the total cost of the building or land.
