The managing partners Nwankwo Tochukwu Samuel and Teddy Ugwu have over 9 years of combined real estate investment and management experience and have collectively completed more than 300 million Naira worth of urban real estate transactions. Mr. Nwankwo Tochukwu and Mr. Teddy joined forces in 2010 to pursue an urban investment strategy along the northeast corridor that seeks to add value by leveraging local economic anchors to further stimulate and rejuvenate areas with upside potential.
