- It is situated on hectares of land with a truck park for between 40 -- 60 trucks

- API compliant ATK/DPK tank and x ray tested pipelines

- One of the few tank farms in Nigeria with an internal floating blanket to prevent PMS evaporation (saving about 2 million litres of evaporated product in a year)

- Fully automated firefighting equipment

- Microload metering system with the abilty to load 33,000 litres in 12minutes

- Perimeter fencing with VSAT, CCTV (so security feeds can be accessed anywhere in the world from your phone or computer)

- Fully automated tank gauging system to monitor stock levels remotely

- A 7 meter deep water front with a 20,000 ton capacity jetty whose accessibility can be arranged

- Dedicated 350 kva sound proof caterpillar generator for steady power supply.

- Deployed PFSO (port facility security officer) by NIMASA to ensure ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) compliance.

- Fully equipped state of art laboratory.
