A Proposed Shopping Mall For Joint Venture/financier

We are looking for financier(s) to finance the construction of a shopping mall within the premises of Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, Ikeja. MM2.

We have been on it for some years now getting all the necessary documentations from both the government and FAAN authority.

The man that delayed us in getting all the documentation is the quantity surveyor in charge. But he has all the drawings and documents in place now, so the project is ready to take off.

*PROJECT COST ESTIMATE:*
*It is a $14million USD project, equivalent (N5.5billion naira)*

Facilitator's fees has been included in the bill of quantities at 2% of the total project contract sum.

We are working on getting the letter of offtake from FAAN authorities. The process has started and is ongoing. The financial report is no longer pending as we have obtained it already.
