- About 250 Living Spaces in the Residential Zone with Pedestrian-friendly Streets & Walkways;

-Shopping Mall, Restaurant & Office Blocks in the Commercial Area;

-An Artificial Lake, Water Fountains, Field Games & Greenery in the Recreational Park.

The Proposed Estate will be State-of-the-Art beating Nicon Town & Twin Lakes.

*Already the promoter who was Ex-V.P. Chevron Africa, has sunk about N2.5Billion into the project which covered Land Acquisition, Drawings & Approvals, Fencing, Site Electrification, Acquisition of a 200K.W. Transformer, Purchase of Project Vehicles and Project Payroll Costs.

*Commitments from Chevron Cooperative were in place (few years ago) but can be updated if required.*

*Already we had over N600Million in subscription as offtake from Chevron but had to be refunded as the Landowner does not want to hold funds without a clear end-game. He also has interests from Exxon & Addax Cooperatives.
