Where data protection law (such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR, or similar laws) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract — to provide the Services you request and manage your account.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies, analytics and advertising, and for marketing emails; you may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand and improve how the Services are used, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — to keep records and respond to lawful requests.

We do not rent or sell your personal information for money.

Elsewhere, analytics and marketing cookies are on by default and you can opt out at any time. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out, and we use Google Consent Mode to enforce your choice.
