We are currently registered in Nigeria as SmartAssist Innovative Solutions Limited with RC Number 1310971.
SmartAssist Innovative Solutions Company is into consulting, training, finance, insurance, agriculture and technology. SmartAssist was borne out of the desire to transform four major sectors of the economy; agriculture, creative industry, insurance and banking (micro), using innovative tools (technology and process). The firm also invests in this four sectors-outright acquisition or major investment to be able to create demo grounds for her innovative solutions.
SmartAssist is an innovative organization that is dedicated to capacity development of individuals and organizations both in the private and public sector. We are enthusiastic in what we do and we do it far beyond what is expected. We are a team player within the society focusing on long term expansion programs of our clients ensuring the exploration of our best capacity, taking to cognizance the satisfaction of our clients.

Our faculty board includes the following:
 Festus Adedayo: A retired director of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Adedayo has been involved in management training and capacity development for corporate organizations for over 35 years. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Bankers in Nigeria and is on the current executive of the CIBN in Lagos Chapter. He is a Partner in SmartAssist Global Training Consortium.
 Tobe Nnadozie: Tobe has worked in both Private and Public Sector. He started his career in the Oil and Gas sector, moved over to work with the Federal Government, after which he spent about 15 years in the financial sector working as a Senior Management staff in banks and insurance. He has an MBA from Bangor University in Wales and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society. He is also a Chartered Banker and also possesses a Masters in Information Technology. Tobe attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP 26) of the Lagos Business School
 Chinyere Umeh is a Chartered Accountant. She is also an Auditor and worked in the financial sector after which she continued in Private Practice as a consultant. She is a specialist in preparing of Business Plans with special concentration on the financial models. She is also involved in both forensic, financial and tax audits.
