Mini Hall

The mini hall rental facility has an official capacity of 30 training per use. Any increase needed by the user of the facility will attract extra charge if chairs would be provided by TGIE as an organization; otherwise, the user can get extra chairs themselves based on prior notice and agreement with the organization.

The mini hall is being rented out at 3500 per hour without provision of generator and #5000 per hour with provision of generator by TGIE as an organization. The user is given the opportunity of 5 to 10 minutes after the end of their training just in case their training material is needed to be packed for other users of the hall. In a situation where the user uses above the time scheduled as agreed on their form, an extra hour charge will be paid by the user.

TGIE prohibits the pouring of water or any waste product from up downward. In case of a need to dispose any liquid of any form, you are enjoyed to use the general toilet, waste bin or go downstairs to use the gutter.Facilities to be provided by TGIE for the use of a user are the training hall with 30 persons capacity,white board marker, a marker, fan, electricity when it is available, and a general toilet for general use. Any other need aside the listed facility will only be provided on request and agreement. Users are expected to pay before use; they will also need to book at least two days before it is needed.

For users that need the facility more than once, or in case of a reputable use, every instruction given and agreement reached with TGIE must be adhered to; failure to comply can result in terminating the agreement to use the property with a 50% refund of the amount paid.If at any time, a user demands for a refund before using the hall due to one genuine reason or the other, the organization will only be liable to refund 50% of the amount paid.
In case of change in an agreed time, it will only be acknowledged if it does not clash with the
organization training, but if it does, a refund of 50% of the amount booked will be considered.
