Procedure
1. Sign SPA
2. Buyer return with ATB format and relevant details including his tug boat
3. Buyer rep meet with seller shipping agents that cleared the vessel with $10,000 (negotiable)
4. Seller shipping agents issue LOA
5. Buyer's boarding team is taken onboard and upon confirmation of boarding, buyer's rep releases the cash to the shipping agents while both still in office
6. Buyer's inspector pick sample and once attestation is out, logistics of $2m is paid while inspector disembark for Q and Q report and Supercargo still onboard the vessel
7. Upon confirmation and positive Q & Q report, buyer pay for total cargo via MT103 less all initial payment made
8. Seller upon confirmation of payment, pay all sundrys according to payment schedule
9. Seller introduce buyer to vessel handler for rechartering
10. Buyer conclude and vessel move to buyers POD or buyer charter another vessel and transhipped product then proceed to his POD
