1. LNG LICENSE
2. Price #11bn
3. Buyer to pay 10% as commission, to be shared by by both the buyer and the seller facilitators (both side 5% each)
4. Buyer to pay for 1 person's logistics to and fro Abuja to meet with the seller (Not negotiable please).
5. Meeting in an hotel in Abuja to be nominated in the invitation letter.
6. Buyer show his proof of capacity to the buyer and forward it to the seller's account officer for verification
7. Seller show to the buyer the original copies of the LNG license a give him photocopies of it and all other Relevant documents.
8. Both buyer and seller move to the NNPC Tower for full verification of the LNG license and other related documents.
9. Next day...both buyer and seller meet in buyer's Bank for payment of the LNG license and all other facilitators.
