1.1 Business History
Ter Dugeri, Anyam & Partners commenced operations in 1997 following approval from the National Council of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV); Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board (ESVARBON) and prior registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). One of the founding partners retired and a new partner, Mr. Ngutor Anyam was formally admitted into the partnership in January, 2008. This led to re-branding of the firm under “Project Re-birth’ and change of logo. And, the change of name to the present name following the approval of the National Council of NIESV on 26th July, 2008.

3.0 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE FIRM
The Firm has the Board of Partners at the top of a fluid/formless structure with project teams comprising in-house staff and/or associated firms/Consultants to handle specific tasks. This allows for flexibility, optimal development/deployment of competences and ensures speedy delivery of results. The Board of Partners undertakes policy formulation, setting of goals and strategic corporate leadership of the firm while individual partners lead specific teams and or offices.

1.0 TERZUNGWE TIMOTHY DUGERI
DESIGNATION: Principal Partner

FNIVS – Fellow (Full /Corporate Membership of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers - NIESV, 1996).
RSV – Registered as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer by The Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, 1997.
BRIEF PROFILE: Mr. Timothy Dugeri studied at University of Nigeria, Nsukka and University of Lagos, Akoka-Lagos. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Science; Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) both in Estate Management, specializing in Investment Property Portfolio Management. Dr. Dugeri is a member of many professional associations including the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers where he has meritoriously served for more than ten (10) years on the examinations committee of the Institution.
Dr. Dugeri had a stint with the professional practice of Messrs Akin Olaifa & Co (Surveyors and Valuers) and Kuma and Partners (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) before joining Kaduna Polytechnic as lecturer, where he has taught and practiced estate management for past 20 years. He co-founded the firm of Ter Dugeri, Anyam and Partners in 1997.
Dr. Dugeri has attended several courses, workshops and seminars and has extensive experience in valuation, investment property portfolio development and management. He has authored several papers on Real Estate Investment/Markets and Housing.
Dr. Dugeri is a distinguished national awardee of NIESV.
EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Dugeri has log in more than 17 years in the practice of Estate Surveying and Valuation. He combines an academic cum private practice background to steer a research –based practice.
2.0 NGUTOR ANYAM

BRIEF PROFILE: Ngutor Anyam studied at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Benue State University, Makurdi. He holds the Professional Diploma of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a Masters of Business Administration. Mr. Anyam, an Estate Surveyor and Valuer, is a member of many professional bodies including: The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, The Nigerian Institute of Management, The Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, among others.
Mr. Anyam has had a distinguished public service career – he was Head, Estate and Surveys Department, Benue State Housing Agency (1991 -1195); Head, Properties Department, Benue Investment and Property Company Limited where he was overseeing a property portfolio worth in excess of N3 billion (1996 – 2005); and Coordinator/Director, Benue Properties Company Limited (2005 - 2006).
He is a Director, Eskay Multi-Trade Limited (Property Developers), Chairman, Talenti International Limited (a holding Company), and was an alternate Director, Benue Investment and Property Company Limited, amongst others. He is also a member, Technical Committee, Association of Housing Corporations of Nigeria and was a Council Member, Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria. Presently, he is a National Council Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and the Benue State Chairman.
He has been a Principal Partner of the Estate Surveying and Valuation Practice of Ter Dugeri, Anyam and Partners since leaving public service in 2006.
Mr. Anyam has attended several courses and seminars and has extensive experience in estate finance, property development and management.
