REDMGR is an urban real estate development, investment and management firm. Incorporated with RC NO 2227735 with Otunba Ladi Oluwaloni (President) and the chief mover of the company.
We do acquire real estate not only on the profit margin but to participate in ensuring that one of the most essentially needed for life (Shelter) is made available at avoidable rate to mediocre.

Adegunloye Funso Felix - Chairman: He has over 20 years commercial banking experience in Audit, Treasury, Branch Management, Regional Management and Corporate banking majoring in Corporate & Project Finance. With a strong entrepreneurial drive, he left the banking industry and set up BRT Nig Ltd. He holds (Diploma) in Banking & Finance -A.B.U Zaria,University of Lagos - Bsc Accounting,University of Ado-Ekiti - Bsc Business Admin and Ondo State University (Adekunle Ajasin) – MBA. Finance. Fellow Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (FIPAN)
Otunba Ladi Oluwaloni– President:holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting, University Of Ado Ekiti (UNAD) and MBA from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOA), a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
He is also the President of BRT Nigeria Limited
Otunba Ladi Oluwaloni attended various courses both in Nigeria and abroad inBanking, Finance, and General Management. He attended the Credit Risk Management II at the Citibank School of Banking, NY, USA, Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurial Skills at London Management Centre.
Mrs K.T Oluwaloni – Executive Director: Before joining REDMGR, K.T. Oluwaloni worked in UBA for some years and set up a private business.Mrs Oluwaloniholds a B.Sc degree in Econmics from Lagos State University and MBA marketing from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUTH).
Akinsiku Olaotan –Director– Logistics and Legal: Olaotan has a multi-disciplinary background which cuts across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, and Foreign Exchange Trading. He started his working career with Citizens International Bank where he was exposed to various aspects of Banking including credit analysis, financial control, operations and corporate finance. He later joined Gateway bank Plc (now Intercontinental Bank Plc) as a part of the core team for the restructuring of the bank upon its sale to the Intercontinental Bank Group. Olaotan was a recipient of many awards in the bank before leaving the industry in year 2005 to join LEGALHOUSE SOLICITORS as a partner.
Femi Ogunlowo – Director: Femi has a First Class in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree with Distinction in Water Engineering from Loughborough University, UK and over 15 yrs business experience spanning management consulting, banking and engineering. Femi has held the post of Senior Strategy Consultant in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he recorded outstanding results in project execution and was lead strategist and sometimes head of retail banking at First City Monument Bank. Femi was the planning engineer for various World Bank assisted water distribution projects. Femi has presented papers at various international conferences on water sanitation and has facilitated many corporate strategy sessions. Femi is currently the MD/CEO of BMC a management consulting and training outfit.
