Ownership and Background
WALEX AGAPE VENTURES LIMITED (“ WAVL ”) was incorporated on June 15th day of August, 2013; Nigeria as a Public Liability Company by the Corporate Affairs Commission with RC 1135369 primarily for the purpose of Real Estate, Construction, Haulage and Equipment. WAVL was founded by its principal; Deacon Olawale Abiodun Bello while Mr. Sunday Peter Ibiteye
and Barrister Michael Oluwadare Adejobi are Co-Directors of the Company whose combined over ten (10) years experience in the business brought the company to its present portfolio/status.
Deacon Olawale Abiodun Bello who has been in the business of Real Estate, Construction and Haulage for years and is currently the Chairman, Board of Directors, GMD and CEO of WAVL . Mr. Sunday Peter Ibiteye is one of the Directors, and the Head of Operations and Overseas. Barr. Michael Oluwadare Adejobi likewise is a Director with
WAVL and Head of Legal Department.
WAVL currently owns and manages over four estates which include Dominion Royal Garden, Dominion Royal Parks and Garden among others strategically situate in the heart of Lagos and Ogun States where most executives and professionals reside.
Universally, Real Estate has and will always be the biggest and strongest investment any individual will have mainly because it is by far the only kind of asset which significantly appreciates in value and worth over time.
